Preparation of a Stage 3 Outline Specification and a Stage 4 Tender Specifications. The Stage 4 specifications were transferred from our Chorus environment to JCA’s, where they were able to directly associate their Revit model with the specification.

The project will deliver 400 new homes, all designed to BREEAM Excellent. The scheme includes a variety of residential types, with 1 bed 2 bed and 3 bed apartments sitting alongside 3 and 4 bedroom family homes.
