Gateshead Quays

Supporting HOK with the preparation of their Stage 3 Tender Specification. The Uniclass 2015 specification was hosted by HOK and we provided our support within their Chorus environment.

Gateshead Quays development is an exciting civic led, mixed-use scheme which will build upon the existing landmark developments that encompass the site by adding a 12,500 capacity indoor arena, 6,300m2 of contiguous exhibition space, hotel, extensive public realm linking all buildings, leisure, retail and potential residential accommodation.
