Michael has worked at the design and technical ends of the Architectural profession in both Project Lead and Technical Coordinator roles. He has managed construction projects, both office and site-based, ranging from large multiple unit new build eco houses projects in Noth Devon to bespoke private residences, after many years at assistant level on several commercial and private projects in London.
Site work and the management of on-site activities generally has given him experience at all work stages, from concept to completion, with an excellent working knowledge of all of aspects of the construction process. This technical expertise led to a progression in writing specifications and coordinating technical packages for European and UK Data Centres, as well as high-rise, new build residential projects in London. Michael is proficient in preparing both CAWS and Uniclass specifications.
